Whole berry fermentation with indigenous yeasts in french oak barrels. Aging in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.

Intense ruby red.
Bouquet
Fine and intense with notes of cherry that evolve on spices and black pepper.
Taste
Harmonius, elegant and with good persistence.

Pasta dishes with important sauces, second courses of meat, soups.
